Checked out the situation at the house, looks like at the moment (cause I plan on building over break) I'd be bringing back:
2 Daggers 1 Light as hell short sword 1 Medium Sword with stabbing tip 1 Axe 1 Sculpted mace 1 Ambidextrous Bow (only 3 arrows at the moment)
Also found a near completion shield that is ambidextrous and can be used as a turtle back (back sling), 3 pommeled cores, and a decent sized blue blade. More updates as I revive the forge.

How is the stabbing tip on the medium-length sword?
What do you mean by "sculpted" mace?
It'll be great to have a decent stockpile of weapons on the 15th so passersby can participate.

The stabbing tip is open celled about a 3-4 inch chunk, with no duct tape on the sides. Going to revamp it by placing duct tape on the sides and then putting a slit in the tape. Its in very good condition, but the tip is a wee bent to the side, again nothing a revamp can't fix. By sculpted I mean flanged, as seen on Brother Nolen's Mace page on the dagorhir site (but its more of a beat stick ) Yeah, gonna try and build a bit this week. Also found a whole lotta unused foam! Let's start cooking with gas.

Did some simtihng today, very productive made:
2 daggers 1 short and light sword 1 med. sized SINGLE edged sword very katana/sabre-esque, interesting feel, and prolly ineffective but damn it was fun to build and looks wicked cool!
Not covered yet, but that's the easy part. More as the week goes on!

I'll be bringing back at least two of my bastard swords (actually uber-bastard swords...carving the foam of the flats flush, counterweighting, so on and so forth...they should be beastly) and two 12" daggers. I'm considering a design for a glaive...
**EDIT** Pffttt....forget the glaive. I don't want to spend that much on anything right now. I'll just buy a single length of PVC and make a big red.

Today:
A double Sided battle-ax It's about as big as Jin's sword, but the last 8 inches are an ax that slowly grows into about 12 inches, instead of the whole blade. Wanted to try my hand at it, and I figure someone will want to fight with it. It's top heavy, but it cuts horizantally back and forth rather quickly, should be good for hacking off legs.
gonna keep buidlin tonight, more as the week goes on...

Wow! You guys are really cranking on the foam-smithing. Keep up the good work.

Balor the one that's churning stuff out...I finally finished my two swords and daggers today (Hah...one week later...). This week I was focusing on getting myself a complete Dag set made: Weapons, garb, the whole 9 yards (that's almost how much cloth I bought!). My first sword is okay for practicing I guess but I wouldn't give it heavy use or try to pass it at Rag or O3.
I'm confident in my two new swords and think the daggers would typically pass (I know greens can be hit and miss depending on the checker). Today I made a double scabbard (thunk it up meself!) and tomorrow I'm finishing the garb.
Depending upon the costs, I think I may make a pell for us. Shouldn't be too hard and would give us something to solo on if we felt like it.

Jigga what's a pell? Is that a training dummy? I could be stupid?
(in haiku form none the less...)
